²ÝÁñÉçÇø

100 Women is a ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Guardian initiative which supports women across agriculture and brings groups together to share knowledge, skills and experience – whether that is running a family farm, diversifying a business, or navigating policy and finance. Through mentoring, peer support and networking, the initiative, which also focuses on wellbeing, aims to help women build confidence, develop leadership skills and progress their careers.

The 100 Women list will be published annually, with various networking and CPD events taking place across the UK and throughout the year. The movement will launch on International Women's Day on March 8, with supporting content and an accompanying podcast via the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Guardian 100 Women hub. It will culminate in the Woman of the Year Award being presented at the British Farming Awards in October.
