BKT expands its Agrimax VF range with three new sizes

BKT has expanded its Agrimax V-Flecto VF range with three new sizes: two new rear tyres, a VF 650/70 R 42 and a VF 710/60 R 44, and a VF 600/65 R 30 front tyre.

The initial development of the tyre was in partnership with MF and the introduction of its new 7S machines. BKT says the tyres go beyond the conventional rear tyre diameter of around 1.93m and reach a 2.0m diameter configuration to improve tractive performance and power transfer.

BKT has added three new sizes to its Agrimax V-Flecto VF range, including a 2.0m-diameter rear tyre designed to improve traction and power transfer on 150鈥250hp tractors.

BKT says the VF 650/70 R 42, combined with the VF 600/65 R 30 on the front, provides a versatile set-up for farmers and contractors working across different applications.

The larger VF 710/60 R 44 is claimed to be an industry first for the tractor power sector and is designed to provide a large contact area, low-pressure fieldwork and strong stability on slopes and during transport.

The VF designation allows the tyres to operate with a CTIS system, either factory-installed or retrofitted, to maximise their ability to operate at varied loads and across different applications
