²ÝÁñÉçÇø, chefs and celebrities took to social media for the last 24 hours to showcase what goes on in farming.Ìý

This year's 12 ambassadors who included chef Matt Tebbutt and Bake Off star Mike Wilkins, helped to spread farming's message far and wide in the campaign's 11th year.Ìý

MP's also took to social media to pledge their support for the industry.Ìý

Defra Secretary Dame Angela Eagle said: "Our farmers keep the nation fed, act as guardians of our countryside, and are at the heart of our rural communities across the country.Ìý

"I want to thank Farm24 for shining a spotlight on the dedication, skill and hard work that farmers show every day of the year.

"We are backing our farmers with a record £11.8 billion for sustainable and profitable farming over this parliament, protecting the sector in trade deals, and our new trade agreement with the EU will make it easier for British food to reach our largest export market.

"Our 25-year Farming Roadmap sets out a clear vision for the future so our farmers can have the confidence once more to invest and feed the nation with pride for generations to come."Ìý

New Farming Minister Stephen Morgan also posted. He said 'farmers work every single day of the year to feed the nation and care for our countryside'.Ìý

Clarkson's Farm stars Lisa Hogan and Kaleb Cooper took to Instagram, showcasing harvest. Lisa said: "This is farm24, showing what farmers do on a day-to-day basis."Ìý

BBC Radio hosts Greg James and Sara Cox also gave shoutouts to #farm24.
