Demand for Jersey milk and full fat dairy surges to 50 year high

Tesco said health-conscious 'Gen Zers' want more full fat dairy, naturally rich in protein and calcium, as part of a balanced diet

Dr Robert Graham, owner of Graham's The Family Dairy, said: "They say what goes around comes around and that is certainly the case with Jersey milk which is at its most popular now than it has been since the 70s. People are re-discovering the natural goodness and benefits of this delicious full fat milk and we have seen steady growth in demand for our Gold Top Jersey milk in the last year."
