The sale leader, Auchorachan听Landmark 20 was one of five from Michael Durno, Ballindalloch. By Auchorachan Hercules 16, which has bred well for the herd, and out of Auchorachan Holly, this May 2020-born bull sold to B. Grant, Inverness.
Making 12,500gns for the Stronach family, Keith, was Islavale Lachlan 20, a March 2020-born Ranfurly Confederate son. Out of Islavale Innocent, which goes back to Atlow Dixon 12, it went home with Messrs Swanson, Caithness.
The same home took 10,000gns for intermediate champion, March 2020-born Islavale Lord. By Corskie Highlander 16 and out of Islevale Honeypot, it sold to Messrs Inverdunning, Perthshire.
A 9,000gns bid secured Ballymoney Larry 20, consigned by M.H. Kilpatrick, Banbridge, Co Down. This March 2020-born Saltire Impressive 17 son, out of Ballymoney Harriet, sold to Delfur Farms, Banffshire.
Making the same money was another from the Islavale draft, March 2020-born Islavale Loch Ness 20. Also by Highlander and out of Islavale Daisy 2, it was knocked down to Colin Inglis, Aberdour.
Two more bulls sold for 8,500gns. First at this money was Auchorachan Lancelot 20, a 19-month-old Auroch Hudson son out of Auchorachan Witch, also from Mr Durno. It sold to T.G. Hamilton, Wigtonshire.
The same money secured Islavale Lionheart 20 for the Stronach's. April 2020-born by Curaheen Giant 2, and
out of Islavale Holly 4, the buyers were W. and J. Brown, Aberdeenshire.

Female trade tops at 6,000gns
Simmental females sold to a 6,000gns high for the Green family, Fochabers, with their in-calf heifer, Corskie Kaylee, leading the bids. By 10,000gns Kilbride Farm Haka 16, and out of Corskie Haylee, it sold to the Smith family, Keith.
Making 4,500gns for the same home was another by the same sire, Corskie Kashing. Out of Corskie Dashing
12, it sold in-calf to the Crudie Farming Company, Arbroath.
