Jeremy Clarkson's hit Prime TV show has won a National Television Award (NTA).Ìý

Being a huge advocate for British farming and inspiring youngsters into the farming sector, Clarkson's Farm has been awarded as the Best Factual Entertainment show. Ìý

Also nominated for the award were Gogglebox, Sort Your Life Out, Stacey and Joe,ÌýandÌýThe Martin Lewis Live Show.Ìý

Hosted at the O2 on Wednesday (September 10) and hosted by comedian Joel Dummet, the NTA's are billed as one of the ‘biggest' nights of the year. Ìý

Stood on stage to accept the award with the Diddly Squat team, Mr Clarkson said: "First of all, thank you very much to everyone at home who voted for us. Ìý

"There are those of us who farm here, we have scrubbed up so well you would not know it, but there are farmers, Kaleb and Harry, Charlie and so on and Gereld who is not here, who work incredibly hard. Ìý

"Way harder than anyone in this room. And I do mean that. Ìý

"And so, I really want to thank the production team here, Connor and Pete and Vicky and Zoe and so on.Ìý

"Because they are used to living in Shoreditch and they have to come out to the countryside and film us in the mud and the rain, way way into the night, seven days a week.

"Thank you so much to you guys."Ìý

Speaking to the Daily Mail on the red carpet, Clarkson's Farm star Kaleb CooperÌýreveals the ‘crazy stuff' the next season will bring is the weather.Ìý

From last year being too wet to this year being too dry, the weather is a storyline in itself he says. Ìý
