OPINION : Are will disputes a ticking time bomb for farm businesses?

Roythornes' Gavin Faber takes a look at how farmers can minimise the risk of will and inheritance disputes

It seems a day rarely passes without the press reporting on a dispute over a will or inheritance. Disgruntled siblings, spouses and others arguing they were mistreated often fill the columns with complaints...
