OPINION : Are will disputes a ticking time bomb for farm businesses?

It is causing major problems for a traditional farming family, which is incredibly sad to see."

It seems a day rarely passes without the press reporting on a dispute over a will or inheritance. Disgruntled siblings, spouses and others arguing they were mistreated often fill the columns with complaints...
