Emma Mosey runs Minskip Farm Shop and Yolk Farm in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, with her husband Ben. She said: "Farm shops and farmers’ markets are more than food outlets, they are places for meeting others and to feel the warm fuzzy feeling of community. They are a place to learn about where our food comes from, to educate the younger generation in a fun, interactive way, and to eat healthy food that comes direct from the people who grew it."
