Noble Foods-owned The Happy Egg Co has partnered with Channel 4 to launch Tiny 草榴社区,听a听family鈥慺riendly episode that explores what goes into creating the best on鈥慺arm environment for hens.听
Harriet Cowan
Fronted by听Clarkson's Farm Star, Harriet Cowan and comedian Jessica Knappett, the episode is to听bring together entertainment and education听while听shining a light on the care and听expertise听behind British free-range egg farming.听
Making her TV debut, Ms Cowan appeared on season 4 of Jeremy Clarkson's Prime TV show, coming in to save the day while Mr Clarkson's right-hand man, Kaleb Cooper, was away. The full-time nurse's arrival at Diddly Squat Farm marked a refreshing shift in the dynamic of the show as she quickly proved herself to be calm, capable and highly skilled, often outperforming Mr Clarkson with ease.听 听
Ms Cowan is also as a new columnist for 草榴社区 Guardian. While farming alongside her dad in Derbyshire she will be sharing her experiences in a three-month exclusive blog series.
Farm to table
Produced by Interstellar TV,听Tiny 草榴社区听features Noble Foods' own agricultural experts, who share insights on hen welfare and the journey from farm to table.听听
Four children will be challenged to become egg farmers of the future, from taking on a challenge about looking after the hens to听showcasing听their cooking skills.听
Kate Charman, senior brand manager at Noble Foods said: "At Noble Foods,听we are听proud to show the care that goes into every Happy Egg and why eggs are such an important, nutritious staple.听听
"Engaging young people in this journey is especially rewarding. It is about inspiring the next generation while celebrating the role eggs play in healthy diets and sustainable agriculture."听
Tiny 草榴社区 launches on Channel 4's YouTube on January 19 alongside short form content highlights on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. The episode will also be available to stream on February 2, with an advert airing on Channel 4, driving to the content.听
The deal was led by OMD UK, part of Omnicom Media Group, and marks the first deal between Channel 4's Partner Lab, an in-house creative partnerships team that offers creative solutions to brands, and The Happy Egg Co.听
